Are the Denver Broncos playing? Just kidding - I am normally a blatant, overly competitive unubashed flag waver. USA all the way - but if Ireland, Scotland or Wales had a team, I’d be all over them. Do those guys play for England? I guess I could pull for Mexico since it is my neighbor, or maybe Brazil so Niza will like me and I could be on board with the favorite. Ivory Coast is a nice long shot because a victory might end their civil war or I could go for Trinidad and Tobago just to hear them talk. Australia could certainly use a break, but I’m afraid they’ll be about like Russ at night in LA (just kidding, bro.).
I guess I need guidance - otherwise it’s gotta be Canada, right?

haha… we, brazilians, rarely have cause to be disappointed with our team, but it’s true that in those rare occasions it feels like we are attending a funeral, so we just have to make sure it doesn’t happen… we’d rather party instead.

You mean “football” hooligans?! “Soccer” is so American!! Yeah, there’s a group of idiots who under the guise of being football fans, are actually only interested in having fights. Sad. It’s a lot better than it used to be. English clubs have been banned from the European competitions when it was really bad a good while back. Hopefully we won’t have too much of that this time round.
